Frequently Asked Questions

What toner does the Oki MB472w take?

The MB472w uses 45807101 and 45807105, the same pair as the B412dn. The W adds wireless. Cartridges are unchanged.

Can I print from my phone to the MB472w?

Yes. The wireless model supports mobile printing from phones and tablets on the same network. Mobile jobs use toner exactly like computer-sent jobs.

My MB472w copies of receipts come out too dark. How do I fix it?

Lower the copy density setting for thin originals like receipts, which the scanner tends to over-darken. If regular prints are also dark, check the toner and drum.
