Only the A0DK family you already stock: both models run on the identical A0DK131/132 black and 231/232, 331/332, 431/432 color pairs in standard and high capacities. No new SKUs are needed for the 4695.
All four colors on our 4695 faded at once right after moving the printer - what happened?
Moving can jostle cartridges loose or disturb settled toner, causing all-over fading. Power off, remove and reseat each A0DK cartridge firmly, rock them gently, and print a test page - that resolves most post-move quality issues.
Our 4695 rejects an A0DK cartridge with an 'incompatible' message, but it is the right color - what else could be wrong?
Double-check the full code, not just the color: a cartridge for a different printer family can share a color but not the fit. Also inspect the chip for damage. If the code is a correct A0DK variant and the chip looks fine, the cartridge itself is likely defective - exchange it.
