Frequently Asked Questions

Which cartridges belong in my CM2320nf?

The nf takes the 304A family: CC530A for black, CC531A for cyan, CC532A for yellow and CC533A for magenta. This set holds one of each, matched to the four slots of the Color LaserJet CM2320nf.

Our nf spends its days receiving faxes. Which cartridge does that work consume?

Only the black. Fax pages print monochrome, so a busy fax line burns through the CC530A's 3,500-page rating while the colors — each rated at 2,800 pages — sit nearly untouched until somebody prints or copies in color.

Faxes are arriving streaky even though the panel says toner remains. What gives?

Powder settles as a cartridge empties, and one side of the page gets less than the other. Pull the black cartridge, rock it slowly from side to side four or five times, and put it back. The streaks usually clear and the cartridge finishes its rated life evenly.

Is it sensible to change all four at once on a fax-heavy machine?

Only if the colors are genuinely low too. On an nf the colors often have most of their life left when the black dies, so install what is empty, and keep the rest of the set sealed as spares rather than retiring good cartridges early.

How long can the spare cartridges from this set sit on a shelf?

Sealed, flat and kept in a cool, dry place, they keep for many months without losing quality. Toner is a dry powder — it does not dry out — so a spare bought today is still a good cartridge when its turn comes.

What warranty and returns cover this set?

It carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. Stock ships from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, support is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, and everything about delivery and sending items back is on our shipping and returns page.

About This 304A Set for the CM2320nf

The CM2320nf mixes two appetites in one machine: black-hungry fax and copy work, and the occasional color job that needs all three colors healthy. This set covers both appetites at once, with one of each 304A cartridge in a single box.

Priced at $81.21, the Clever Supplies compatible set matches the original HP ratings slot for slot. Change what is empty today, shelve the rest, and the nf keeps faxing dark pages and printing clean color without a second order.
