Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know this is the right set for my CM2320fxi?

Match the codes, not the marketing name. Your machine's cartridges are stamped CC530A (black), CC531A (cyan), CC532A (yellow) and CC533A (magenta) — the 304A family — and those are precisely the four cartridges in this box for the Color LaserJet CM2320fxi.

Does the fax side of the fxi touch the color cartridges?

No. Faxes send and print in black and white, so fax traffic spends only the CC530A. The three colors are spent by color printing and color copying, which is why a fax-heavy fxi can drain its black long before any color warning appears.

How far does one full set go?

Individually, the black is rated at 3,500 pages and each color at 2,800 pages. Treat those as the yardstick for a cartridge, not a promise for the box: a month of color brochures and a month of plain memos will empty the same set at very different speeds.

One color is flashing low while the rest look fine. Must the whole set go in?

No — the four slots live independent lives. Replace the flashing color, leave the others seated, and keep the remaining new cartridges sealed in the box as the next spares in line.

How should the unopened cartridges be stored between changes?

Flat, sealed in their bags, in a cool dry cupboard away from radiators and direct sun. Stored that way, a 304A cartridge waits for months without the powder settling into problems, and it prints cleanly the day it is finally installed.

What protection do I get with this purchase?

The set is backed by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. Orders leave from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, our support team is on hand Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, and delivery and returns details are spelled out on our shipping and returns page.

About This 304A Set for the CM2320fxi

The fxi is the fully loaded member of the HP CM2320 line — the one that prints, copies, scans and faxes from a desk corner — and it leans on the same four 304A cartridges as the rest of the family. This set exists for the moment when that machine's output has quietly gone uneven and a full, matched refresh is faster than diagnosing slot by slot.

At $81.21, the Clever Supplies compatible set restores all four colors at once with the same rated yields the original cartridges carried. Your fxi keeps its supplies readings, its fax keeps printing dark, and color copies come off the glass with the balance they had when the machine was new.
