Frequently Asked Questions

Several of us share one Dell 1320c — how does that change how fast this set gets used up?

Sharing multiplies everything. Each cartridge in this set — 310-9058 black, 310-9060 cyan, 310-9064 magenta, 310-9062 yellow — is rated at 2,000 pages, and a shared 1320c can burn through that rating in weeks rather than months. The black usually leads because shared machines print mostly documents, but one person's color report run draws on all three color slots at once.

Which slot usually empties first on a shared machine?

Most often the 310-9058 black, simply because text dominates office printing. Color slots trail behind unless the group prints presentations or marketing pieces regularly. Watching which slot your group empties first tells you more about your real consumption than the equal 2,000-page ratings on the box.

What is in the box, exactly?

One cartridge for each of the four slots: 310-9058 (black), 310-9060 (cyan), 310-9064 (magenta) and 310-9062 (yellow) — a complete change for the 1320c at $40.95, or $10.24 per cartridge. Nothing else is needed to install them; each cartridge goes into its own color-coded slot.

Should our group keep a spare set on the shelf?

For a shared printer, yes — a stopped 1320c stalls everyone, not just one desk. A second set costs the same $40.95 and means the person who hits an empty slot can swap in minutes. Sealed cartridges store fine at room temperature away from direct sunlight, so a spare set bought today is still ready when the current one runs dry.

One user's prints look washed out while others look fine — is that a cartridge problem?

Usually not. If the same document prints well from another computer, the difference is a driver or application setting on the first machine, not the toner. If everyone's output fades in one color, check that slot's cartridge — 310-9060, 310-9064 or 310-9062 — by rocking it gently and reseating it before assuming it is finished.

What warranty and support come with these cartridges?

They are compatibles covered by a one-year warranty and one-year free returns, detailed in our shipping & returns policy. Orders ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and support runs Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST — handy when a shared machine's problem needs a quick answer.

About This Dell 1320c 4 Color Set

A shared Dell 1320c eats toner at group speed, and this set answers with all four cartridges at once: 310-9058 black, 310-9060 cyan, 310-9064 magenta and 310-9062 yellow, each rated at 2,000 pages, for $40.95. Equal ratings make consumption easy to predict — count the group's pages, and you know roughly when each slot will call for its replacement. For a machine several people depend on, that predictability plus a one-year warranty is the real value. Browse the rest of the range on our Dell toner page.
