Frequently Asked Questions

How can I check toner levels on the 6125N without walking over to it?

That is the advantage of the networked model: its built-in web page reports every cartridge's level from your desk, so the person who orders supplies can watch all four colors drift down and time a set like this one to arrive before any slot runs dry.

What is inside this set?

One cartridge for each of the four slots: black 106R01334, cyan 106R01331, magenta 106R01332 and yellow 106R01333, each sealed separately. Change them one at a time as the levels demand, or do a full refresh in one visit to the machine.

Does the network version use different cartridges from the base 6125?

No — the 6125N shares the same four part numbers as the Phaser 6125. The networking hardware differs, the toner does not, which is why this set is listed for both models and why one spare set can cover a mixed pair of machines.

How many pages should I expect from each cartridge?

Plan on roughly 2,000 pages from the 106R01334 black and roughly 1,000 pages each from the 106R01331 cyan, 106R01332 magenta and 106R01333 yellow, measured at 5% coverage. A shared office printer doing color handouts and charts will land lower on the colors than those figures suggest.

When should a shared printer's next set be ordered?

Earlier than feels necessary. On a single-user printer an empty slot inconveniences one person; on a shared 6125N it stalls a whole workgroup. A sensible trigger is the first low-toner warning on any color: order then, swap when the cartridge actually empties, and the set in this box bridges the gap.

What support and coverage come with it?

The set is backed by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. We ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and our shipping and returns page lays out delivery times and how a return works. A real person answers questions Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
