Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a single cartridge from this set last?

Each cartridge in the set is rated at 1,000 pages on the standard test basis of roughly 5% coverage of the page. What that means in practice depends on your documents: text pages with a colour logo or chart land near the rating, while full-bleed photos and solid colour backgrounds burn through a cartridge far sooner. The colours also drain independently — a month of red-heavy marketing material empties the magenta well ahead of the others — so treat 1,000 pages as the yardstick for each colour separately, not a combined budget.

Which cartridges make up the six?

Six cartridges spanning the three colours this platform prints with: the cyan 106R02756, the magenta 106R02757 and the yellow 106R02758. It is a colour-only set, bought for depth of stock. The black these machines use is the 106R02759, sold under its own listing, and no black cartridge is included here — check your black level separately before assuming this box covers a full refill.

Do all six cartridges have to go into the printer at once?

No — the machine only ever holds one cartridge per colour, so the rest stay sealed until a bay runs dry. That is the working pattern this set is built for: fit colours individually as each one gives out, keep the spares flat in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and use the oldest stock first. A sealed spare taken off the shelf months later performs exactly as it would have on delivery day, which is what makes buying colour in depth practical.

How can I tell a cartridge is genuinely finished?

The signs arrive in order: solids start to look patchy, then a colour visibly shifts as its component fades, and finally the printer posts its low-toner message. Rocking a suspect cartridge gently side to side can redistribute the last of the powder and buy a few more presentable pages, but read that as the warning it is — a cartridge you have rocked back to life is at the end of its run, and on this platform the replacement swap takes under a minute when the spare is already on site.

Can one set serve two different machines?

Yes, if both machines come from this platform. The Phaser 6022 and the WorkCentre 6027 take the identical trio — cyan 106R02756, magenta 106R02757 and yellow 106R02758 — so a shared supply shelf works cleanly: whichever machine calls for a colour first draws from the same stock, with no model-specific piles to mix up.

What protection covers a stock-up purchase like this?

Every cartridge in the set is backed by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, and that cover applies to each unit on its own merits — a spare fitted months after delivery that disappoints early is still returnable for a replacement or refund. Stock ships from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Rates, delivery timelines and how returns work are set out on our shipping & returns page.

About This 6 Colour Set

At $58.89, this set treats colour toner as a stockroom staple rather than a recurring emergency: six cartridges built on the cyan 106R02756, magenta 106R02757 and yellow 106R02758, each rated at 1,000 pages, ready to be drawn on one colour at a time as the Phaser 6022 or WorkCentre 6027 calls for them. It is aimed at owners whose colour printing cannot pause for a delivery — the swap happens the moment a bay runs dry, and reordering goes back to being a routine stocktake decision. Every cartridge carries a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns, and the matching black cartridge and the wider Xerox catalogue are on the site when you need them.
