Frequently Asked Questions
The low-toner message has appeared on our 3655X. How urgent is it?
Not urgent today, but it is your reorder signal. The warning is set to appear while a useful amount of printing remains, precisely so a replacement can be ordered and arrive before the cartridge actually finishes. This 2 pack answers that signal neatly: one cartridge goes straight in when the old one gives out, and its twin stays on the shelf as the new reserve.
What is the per-cartridge price inside this pack?
The pack is $87.83 for two cartridges, which is $43.91 per cartridge against $53.15 bought singly — a saving of $18.47 across the pair, for exactly the same cartridges rated at the same 6,100 pages each.
Twelve thousand pages sounds abstract. What does it look like in practice?
Across the two cartridges you hold up to 12,200 pages — call it twenty-four reams, or a shelf of archive boxes filled with statements. For a workgroup printing steadily through the week, the pair can represent the better part of a half-year's black output before toner needs thinking about again.
Which machines take these cartridges?
The WorkCentre 3655X this listing is named for, and the WorkCentre 3655 alongside it. They share one black supply, presented here under the part numbers 106R02736 and 106R02737.
Pages from the 3655X are fading on one side. Is that the cartridge?
Uneven fading — light down one edge, or text that greys out toward the bottom of the page — is a common sign the cartridge is nearly spent and distributing what little toner remains unevenly. If the supplies screen shows black low, a fresh cartridge from this pack is the remedy; if black shows healthy, the problem sits elsewhere in the machine.
What warranty and returns cover does the pack carry?
A one-year warranty and free returns for a full year, with the detail set out on the shipping and returns page. Parcels ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, support is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, and the broader catalogue for the machine is on the Xerox toner page.
