Frequently Asked Questions

Who orders toner ten cartridges at a time?

Whoever looks after more than one machine. A facilities manager or office administrator with several WorkCentre 3315 units scattered across a building — or one machine with a serious monthly page count — buys in tens because the alternative is a drip-feed of small orders, each with its own invoice, delivery and chance of arriving a day late. Ten cartridges is a stockroom decision, and this box is priced like one.

What does the ten-pack pricing do to the per-cartridge cost?

Ten 106R2311 cartridges bought singly would total $403.10. This box is $236.64: $23.66 per cartridge, $166.46 saved against the single price, and up to 50,000 rated pages in store. That takes the cost per page to about 0.47 cents — the deepest the arithmetic goes in this range, earned purely by volume.

Does one box really serve every machine on the site?

Yes, and that is the quiet advantage of a fleet built on one model. Every WorkCentre 3315 in the building takes the same black 106R2311, so this single shelf item covers all of them — no per-machine stock, no wrong cartridge carried to the wrong floor, no emergency order because the busy machine emptied while its spare sat labelled for another room. Standardising the supply is worth as much as the discount.

How do you keep ten cartridges organised until they are used?

Date them and rotate them. A marker note of the delivery month on each carton, new stock placed behind old, and cartridges drawn strictly from the front: that is the whole system. Sealed toner stores patiently for a long while, so nothing spoils — rotation is about never discovering a forgotten, years-old box during a clear-out. Keep them flat, dry and out of direct heat and sunlight.

When is the 10 pack the wrong purchase?

When the page count does not justify it. One lightly used machine will take years to work through 50,000 pages, and that is cash sitting in a cupboard that a 2 pack or 3 pack would have handled. This box earns its keep where pages move fast or machines are many; bought for a quiet desk printer, the discount per cartridge is real but the wait to realise it is long. Size the order to the fleet, honestly.

What cover applies across all ten?

Every cartridge is backed by a 1-year warranty, with free returns for a full year; the complete terms sit on our shipping and returns page. Orders ship from warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California, and you can reach support Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
