Frequently Asked Questions

What does the cost per page drop to in this five-pack?

About 0.30 cents. The pack holds five MLT-D307E cartridges at 20,000 rated pages each — 100,000 pages for $296.95. On a departmental machine, that per-page figure is the one that compounds: at this volume the difference between 0.30 and the 0.37 cents of a single cartridge adds up to a meaningful sum across a year of printing.

How long does 100,000 pages last a department running an ML-4512ND?

Scale it to your counter. At 4,000 pages a month the pack covers about two years; at 8,000 a month, roughly one. Departments with the ML-4512ND as their main workhorse usually sit somewhere in that band, which is why five is a common standing stock: long enough to forget about toner, short enough that the stock genuinely turns over.

Is five cartridges too many for a single machine?

It depends entirely on throughput. A busy single ML-4512ND printing several thousand pages a month will walk through the pack comfortably inside its warranty year. A lightly-used machine will not — and since cover runs from purchase, the honest advice for a quiet desk is a smaller pack. This five-pack is sized for machines that earn their keep daily.

Which printers is this pack for?

The ML-4512ND named here, and the ML-5012ND alongside it — the MLT-D307E is the shared extra-high-yield supply for both. Offices running the two machines side by side can treat this as one stock for the pair, which keeps reordering and storage as simple as it gets.

Do the five cartridges arrive together?

Yes — a single shipment from whichever of our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses is closest to you. One arrival, one invoice, and the department's toner is settled for the year or more, instead of five separate orders each with its own chance of being left too late.

What cover does the pack carry?

Every cartridge in it is warranted against defects for a year, and returns are free at any point in that first year — full details on our shipping and returns page. Support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if you need a person rather than a page.
