Frequently Asked Questions

What does a ten-pack buy beyond the lowest per-cartridge price?

Certainty. Ten MLT-D307E cartridges on the shelf means a department printer — or several — cannot be caught short for a very long stretch, and reordering becomes an annual event rather than a recurring task. The price helps too: $57.54 a cartridge against $74.19 singly, $166.49 saved across the pack. But the real purchase is never having the toner conversation mid-deadline.

How many pages is that in total?

Two hundred thousand rated pages — ten cartridges at 20,000 apiece — which brings the running cost down to about 0.29 cents a page, the lowest this supply reaches. Spread across an ML-4512ND and ML-5012ND fleet printing 10,000 pages a month between them, the pack is a little over a year and a half of printing in one order.

Who should walk past the ten-pack and buy fewer?

Any office whose page counter moves slowly. Warranty cover runs from the purchase date, so a pack that takes three years to use spends much of its cover in a cupboard; a three- or five-pack would serve that office better and cost less per page than singles all the same. Ten is for fleets and genuinely heavy departments — the saving is only real if the cartridges turn over.

Which printers does this pack stock?

The Samsung ML-4512ND and ML-5012ND. The MLT-D307E is the one extra-high-yield supply both machines share, so a ten-pack can be the complete toner holding for a mixed fleet: any machine that runs low takes the next unit off the shelf, and no second cartridge type needs stocking beside it.

How do we rotate ten cartridges so the oldest is used first?

Load them in arrival order and take from the front: keep the boxes sealed, flat and in a dry store, and always fit the earliest-delivered unit next. Toner keeps well in its packaging, and with a simple front-to-back discipline the stock rolls forward cleanly — at fleet volumes the whole case typically turns over well inside its cover period anyway.

What protection comes with a pack this size?

The same as with a single: each cartridge is covered against defects for one year from purchase, and the order can be returned free of charge within that year — the terms are published on our shipping and returns page. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
