Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually goes through four cartridges and 44,000 pages?

Offices where the Aficio does real work every day: a department copying forms and reports all week, a school office, a small warehouse running shipping paperwork, or anyone supporting several 2020/2022 series machines from one supply shelf. At 3,000 pages a month, this 4-pack covers well over a year of printing; at 5,000 a month, it is still most of a year handled in a single $89.57 order.

How much does the 4-pack save compared with buying singles?

Four single cartridges would cost $145.04 bought one by one. This pack is $89.57, so you save $55.47 and the per-cartridge price falls to $22.39 — the lowest unit price in this cartridge family. Per page, that is roughly 0.20¢ across the pack's 44,000-page total, which adds up fast at department volumes.

Which machines is this pack made for?

All four cartridges are Type 2120D black toner for the Ricoh Aficio 2020 and 2022 family of monochrome copiers and multifunction machines. Match the 2120D type number on your current cartridge and you have the right supply, whether the pack feeds one machine or several.

How do I keep four cartridges organized so the oldest gets used first?

Simple rotation: when the pack arrives, write the month and year on each box, line them up oldest at the front, and always pull from the front. Toner keeps well sealed, but first-in-first-out means no cartridge sits forgotten in the back of the cabinet for years, and you always know roughly how many months of supply you have left.

Does buying in bulk change my warranty or return rights?

No — quantity changes the price, not the protection. Every cartridge in this pack carries the same 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns as a single, and a problem cartridge is handled individually rather than forcing a return of the whole pack. Details live on our shipping & returns page.

Where does a 4-pack order ship from?

From the warehouse nearest you among our four locations in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and California, which keeps delivery times down even on a heavier multi-cartridge box. Questions about the order or the supply itself? Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
