Frequently Asked Questions

172,000 pages is a lot of toner — who is this 4-pack actually for?

Copy rooms, school district offices, print-for-pay corners, and any department running an Aficio 1060 or 1075 at real volume. At 20,000 pages a month, this case is gone in about eight and a half months; at 40,000 a month, roughly four months. If your machine does a few thousand pages a month, be honest with yourself — the 2-pack or a single is the smarter buy, and we would rather sell you the right size than the biggest box.

What is the math on the 4-pack?

Four singles would run $184.52. The 4-pack is $138.19 — a savings of $46.33 — and drops the per-cartridge price to $34.55, the lowest in this family. That works out to roughly 0.08 cents per rated page across the case's 172,000 pages, so bulk buying shaves about a quarter off an already very low toner cost.

Does this pack fit my machine?

All four cartridges are the Type 6110D black made for Ricoh Aficio 1060 and 1075. It is one cartridge type in quantity — there are no mixed supplies in the case. If your copier's supply screen or current cartridge shows 6110D, you are ordering the right item.

How should I store four cartridges at once?

Keep them sealed in their boxes, stacked flat in a cool, dry cabinet — not on a loading dock, not under a window, not next to a heater. Mark the purchase date on the case and work through them in order. Sealed toner keeps well for a couple of years under normal office conditions, and at the volumes this pack is meant for, storage age will not be your problem; running out mid-quarter was the problem it solves.

What does the warranty look like on a bulk purchase?

The same as on a single: every cartridge in the case is covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, handled per cartridge. One bad unit out of four does not mean shipping the case back — you claim the faulty cartridge and the other three stay in rotation. Full terms are on our shipping & returns page.

Can one 4-pack supply a small fleet?

Easily, and that is a common pattern: facilities teams buy the case centrally and issue cartridges to whichever compatible copier calls for toner first — a 1060 in accounting, a 1075 in the copy center. Central stock at the $34.55 unit price beats each department ordering singles at $46.13 and paying separate shipping four times over.
