Frequently Asked Questions

Who honestly goes through four cartridges and 36,000 pages?

More offices than you would think. A single busy department printing 3,000 pages a month burns through a 9,000-page cartridge every quarter, and offices running several machines from this family share stock across all of them. For that kind of volume, this 4-pack brings the price down to $20.05 per cartridge — $80.18 for four, a saving of $55.46 compared with four singles at $33.91.

Is there any risk in stocking four cartridges at once?

Very little, as long as you rotate them sensibly. Keep the boxes sealed, store them flat in a cool, dry place, and always use the oldest cartridge first — first in, first out. Toner does not dry out the way liquid ink does, so a cartridge bought today will still print properly when its turn comes months later.

Does buying in bulk change my warranty or return rights?

Not at all. Each of the four cartridges is individually covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, exactly as if you had bought it alone. If one unit underperforms, only that unit needs to come back. You can read the complete terms on our shipping and returns page.

Which printers is this 4-pack made for?

All four cartridges are Type 1130D units for Ricoh Aficio 1515 and MP 161. They are interchangeable across machines in that family, which is what makes a shared stock box practical for multi-printer offices. Check the type number on your current cartridge label if you want to confirm before ordering.

How does the per-page cost compare with the smaller packs?

This is the cheapest way to buy this cartridge. At $20.05 per unit and 9,000 pages per unit, your cost lands near 0.22 cents a page, versus about 0.27 cents in the 2-pack and 0.38 cents for a single. The trade-off is simply cash up front and shelf space — the toner itself is identical in every pack size.

How quickly can a box of four reach us?

Orders leave from whichever of our warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California serves your address best. If you are planning a fleet-wide restock and want to check anything first, our support team is on hand Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
