Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of operation stocks eight cartridges at a time?
Multi-machine sites and anywhere printing is a utility nobody can wait on: a floor running both an MP C4503 and an MP C5503 off one supply shelf, a school or clinic with a contracted print volume, or an office that orders supplies once a quarter and expects the shelf to last the quarter. Eight cartridges is a stocking policy, not a shopping trip.
How does the per-cartridge price land on a set this size?
The set is $660.27 for eight cartridges, which is $82.53 per cartridge. What the size really buys is coverage: one order that puts a deep reserve behind every color the platform uses, so reorder points stop being emergencies for a long stretch.
Which machines does this eight-cartridge set supply?
The cartridges all belong to the 841849 family for Ricoh MP C4503 and MP C5503. Both models draw from the same cartridge platform, which is exactly what makes a single deep reserve like this practical across a mixed floor.
How do we forecast yields across a reserve this deep?
By class, never by a box total. Black cartridges in this family are rated at up to 33,000 pages each and color cartridges at up to 22,500 pages each. Track your machine's own black-to-color consumption for a month and those two ratings will tell you, closely enough, which side of the reserve will need topping up first.
Any storage advice when eight cartridges arrive at once?
Date the boxes on arrival and use the oldest stock first. If the reserve serves two machines in different spots, consider splitting the stock between the two locations so a locked room or a misplaced box never zeroes you out. Sealed cartridges keep well in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
What backing does each cartridge in the set carry?
Every cartridge is covered individually by our one-year warranty, with free returns for a full year — one faulty cartridge is resolved on its own and the rest of the reserve is not involved. Terms and steps are on our shipping and returns page, orders ship from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
