Frequently Asked Questions

Is a three-pack basically a year's black toner in one order?

For a lot of offices, yes. The three cartridges are rated at 99,000 black pages in total, so a department printing around 8,000 black pages a month is covered for roughly a year, while a lighter 4,000-page month stretches the box well past that. One order at the start of the budget year closes the black-toner question until the next one.

How does the pricing break down per cartridge?

The box is $204.64, which is $68.21 per cartridge against $80.53 for a single — a saving of $36.95 across the three. The discount per cartridge deepens with each step up in pack size in this family, and the three-pack is where it starts to matter on an annual budget line.

Which machines does this three-pack fit?

Every cartridge in the box is the 841849 black for Ricoh MP C4503 and MP C5503. The two models share the same supplies platform, so a single stock of this box covers either machine without separate inventories.

How do we rotate three cartridges so none ages at the back of the shelf?

Date them on arrival and load them oldest-first. A small month-and-year note on each box and a shelf arranged front-to-back makes rotation something that happens on its own. Sealed cartridges store best somewhere cool and dry, out of sunlight and away from radiators or warm equipment.

Does buying in a three-pack change the warranty on any cartridge?

No — the pack size makes no difference. Each of the three carries our one-year warranty on its own and returns are free for a full year, so a faulty cartridge is resolved individually without touching the rest of your stock. The full terms are on our shipping and returns page.

How fast does a box this size get to us, and who helps if we need it?

We ship from four warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and the nearest one to you handles your order, so most sites see delivery within a few business days. Questions before or after ordering reach our support team Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
