Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of print operation plans toner eight cartridges ahead?

Ones where running out is not an option: a central machine serving a whole floor, a small fleet on the same platform, or an office that orders supplies on a quarterly or annual cycle. Eight high-yield cartridges in the cabinet turns toner from a recurring purchase decision into a once-in-a-while restock.

What does the eight-cartridge set cost per cartridge?

The set is $604.99, which prices each cartridge at $75.62. Set against the family singles — black at $78.28, yellow at $92.52, cyan and magenta at $98.21 — every cartridge in the box undercuts the single price, and the gap is widest on the colors a busy machine uses most.

Which machines does this set supply?

Every cartridge is from the high-yield family for Ricoh Aficio MP C4502 and MP C5502, and the box serves both models on that platform. The same machines also accept a standard-yield family; this set is the high-yield line only, so each cartridge carries the larger rating — blacks at up to 31,000 pages and colors at up to 22,500 pages.

How should a box this size be stored and handed out?

Split it across two spots if you can: the working reserve near the machine, and the rest in a supply room, all sealed, flat and out of direct sun. Date each box when it arrives and always pull the oldest first. With eight cartridges in rotation, that small habit is what keeps the last cartridge as fresh as the first.

If our print volume drops, are we stuck with cartridges we cannot use?

Not quickly. Sealed toner stores well in normal office conditions, and every cartridge in the set carries a 1-year warranty with free returns for a full year, detailed on our shipping and returns page. A slower year stretches the shelf life of the reserve; it does not strand it.

Does buying in this size change delivery or support?

No — the set ships from the same warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA as any single cartridge, and the same support team covers it Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. What changes is only the frequency of ordering: one delivery now instead of a string of single-cartridge orders across the year.
