Frequently Asked Questions

Eight cartridges in one order — what printing volume makes that sensible?

Think in machines or in months. Across a floor of several MP C3003/C3503-family machines, eight cartridges is a routine shared stock. Behind a single machine, it suits a genuine print-room workload — the office producing daily color runs, course packs or customer-facing documents where 18,000-page color cartridges turn over in weeks rather than seasons. If neither description fits, a smaller bundle is the honest recommendation.

What is the per-cartridge cost at this size?

$520.88 across eight cartridges is $65.11 apiece — the lowest per-cartridge price in this family, against $79.94 for a black single and $81.74 for a color single. On a full eight-cartridge cycle that's roughly $120 kept versus buying the same cartridges one at a time, which is the entire argument for the bundle: the discount is the point.

How should a stock this large be stored so nothing is wasted?

Sealed, flat, cool and dry — a real shelf or cabinet, never a hot storeroom corner or on top of the machine. Rotate strictly first-in, first-out so the oldest box is always next into a machine. Toner in a sealed cartridge is stable for a long time, but discipline matters more at eight cartridges than at two, because the last box in a careless stack can wait a very long while.

How do the page ratings apply to a bundle of this size?

Class by class, as always in this family: black cartridges are rated at 29,500 pages, color cartridges at 18,000 pages each. We deliberately don't add them into one headline total for a mixed bundle — the honest way to plan is to track the two rhythms separately, since a text-heavy month burns black while a campaign month burns the colors.

Does this eight-pack serve only the model named in the listing?

It serves the platform. All eight cartridges are Ricoh Aficio MP C3003/C3503 family cartridges — the listing is titled for a single model, but the bundle fits the machines across that platform. It works with: Aficio MP C3003, Aficio MP C3004, Aficio MP C3503 and Aficio MP C3504

If we buy eight and one cartridge misbehaves months later, are we still covered?

Yes. Every cartridge carries its own one-year warranty, and returns are free for a full year — buying ahead doesn't strand you, as the policy on our shipping & returns page explains. Fulfillment is from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and support is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
