Frequently Asked Questions

Who honestly goes through six color cartridges?

Two buyers, mainly. The first is a floor with several MP C3003/C3503-family machines drawing colors from one supply shelf — six cartridges across three or four machines is a modest stock, not a hoard. The second is a single busy machine doing daily color output — training materials, retail signage, school packets — where an 18,000-page color rating disappears faster than anyone expects.

What does the per-cartridge price work out to?

The set is $397.98 for six cartridges — $66.33 apiece, against $81.74 for the same color cartridge bought singly. That's a little over $15 saved on every cartridge, which is real money at the volume this bundle is aimed at, and it compounds across the two full color refreshes the box represents.

Does this set include a black cartridge?

No — this is a colors-only bundle: six cartridges drawn from the cyan, magenta and yellow side of the family, each rated at 18,000 pages. The black cartridge for this platform is a separate, longer-rated part at 29,500 pages, and it's stocked and sold on its own. Buy this set to feed the color side of one or several machines; keep black on its own ordering rhythm.

How should a six-cartridge stock be stored and rotated?

Keep the boxes sealed, flat, and somewhere cool and dry — a supply cabinet, not the top of the machine where heat rises. Then rotate first-in, first-out: when a new order arrives it goes to the back of the shelf. Sealed toner is patient, but rotation guarantees no cartridge sits forgotten for years while its twins do the work.

Do these color cartridges fit only the model in the listing name?

They fit the platform, not just the named model. These are Ricoh Aficio MP C3003/C3503 family cartridges — the listing is titled for one machine, but every color cartridge in the set serves the whole platform family. They work with: Aficio MP C3003, Aficio MP C3004, Aficio MP C3503 and Aficio MP C3504

What cover comes with a bundle this size?

The same as with a single cartridge, multiplied by six: every cartridge carries a one-year warranty, and returns are free for a full year — see our shipping & returns page for the details. Questions before you commit to a bundle? Support runs Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
