Cross-reference: Black Ricoh 841813 (29,500 pages) with Cyan 841816, Magenta 841815 and Yellow 841814 (18,000 pages each). These cartridges fit the Ricoh MP C3003 and MP C3503 — the same machines also sold under the Savin, Lanier and Gestetner brands with the same model names.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why refresh all four cartridges in one session instead of replacing each as it dies?

One maintenance stop instead of four, and all four colors restart at the same age — which matters if your color work has to stay consistent across a long document run. There's also a blunt practical reason: when cartridges are changed one emergency at a time, the "emergency" always lands on the day the big job is due. A planned full change on a quiet afternoon removes that pattern.

How much does the set actually save against buying the four singles?

The four cartridges bought individually — black at $79.94 and the three colors at $81.74 each — total $325.16. The set is $269.69, so you keep $55.47, and every cartridge in the box is the same rated cartridge you'd have bought one by one. The saving comes purely from bundling, not from a lesser cartridge.

Will all four cartridges in the set run out together?

No, and it's worth knowing why before you plan around it. In this family the black cartridge is rated at 29,500 pages while each color is rated at 18,000 — and black also serves every text page. Depending on your mix, the colors may call for replacement while the second black still has life, or the reverse in a pure-text office. The set refreshes everything once; after that, replace by level, not by calendar.

We just took over a used MP C3003 with unknown cartridges — is a full set the right first order?

It's the cleanest way to start. Unknown cartridges mean unknown ages, and color problems on an inherited machine are very often just one tired color among three fine ones. A full set gives you a known baseline: if output still looks wrong with four fresh cartridges, the machine itself needs attention, and you've ruled out the consumables in one step.

Does this four-color set fit only the model named in the listing?

The cartridges in this set are platform cartridges for the Ricoh Aficio MP C3003/C3503 family — the listing is titled for one model, but the black, cyan, magenta and yellow in the box serve every machine built on that platform. They work with: Aficio MP C3003, Aficio MP C3004, Aficio MP C3503 and Aficio MP C3504

If one cartridge in the set turns out to be a problem, what then?

Each cartridge is covered by our one-year warranty, and returns stay free for a full year — you don't lose protection by buying them as a set. The policy details are on our shipping & returns page, and support is staffed Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
