Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of print volume justifies 147,500 pages of black toner on one order?

Serious volume: a centralized copy and print room, a multi-machine fleet on this platform, or a department whose monthly black output runs into five figures. At 10,000 black pages a month the five-pack is still more than a year of coverage. If your volumes are a fraction of that, the two- and three-packs exist precisely so you are not forced into stock you will hold for years — this size is priced for buyers whose consumption is proven, not hoped for.

How much does the five-pack actually save?

Five singles at $79.94 total $399.70; the five-pack is $325.74, a saving of $73.96, and the effective per-cartridge price drops to $65.15 — the lowest unit price this cartridge is sold at. Across 147,500 rated pages that unit difference compounds into the cheapest black pages this platform can produce from our catalog.

Does buying a year or more of toner at once create a storage problem?

Not if the storage is ordinary: sealed cartridges in a dry cabinet at normal room temperature keep their quality over long holds, because toner is a stable dry powder. Keep them out of hot loading-dock corners and direct sun, store them flat, and rotate stock so the oldest box is used first. Five cartridges occupy about a shelf's worth of space — no special handling required.

Is the 841813 the right black for every machine in our fleet?

It is the black cartridge of the Ricoh Aficio MP C3003/C3503 color MFP platform: Aficio MP C3003, Aficio MP C3004, Aficio MP C3503 and Aficio MP C3504 The listing title highlights the C3003 family, yet the cartridge is common to the whole platform list, which is exactly what makes a fleet-level five-pack sensible — one cartridge type covers every machine on it.

How does a bulk buy like this arrive?

We stock across four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California — and the order ships from the closest one, so even a five-cartridge box usually travels a short ground distance. If you want to confirm timing for a planned stock-up, our team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

If one cartridge out of five turns out to be a problem, what happens?

It is handled individually. Every cartridge in the pack is covered by a one-year warranty and our compatible cartridges carry one-year free returns, so the faulty unit gets resolved on its own while the other four stay on your shelf or in your machines. The standing terms are spelled out on our shipping & returns page.
