Cross-reference: Ricoh 841813, the black print cartridge for this platform (29,500 pages). It fits the Ricoh MP C3003 and MP C3503 — the same machines also sold under the Savin, Lanier and Gestetner brands with the same model names.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually goes through three black cartridges — 88,500 pages — in a single order cycle?

Mostly two kinds of buyers: a single high-volume department whose C3003 or C3503 is the floor's workhorse, and offices running several machines from this platform that all drink from the same cartridge. If your machines collectively print 8,000 to 10,000 black pages a month, a three-pack is roughly a year's supply bought at the better unit price instead of three separate single orders.

How does the per-cartridge price improve at three?

The three-pack is $202.84 against $239.82 for three singles, so you save $36.98 and the effective price falls to $67.61 per cartridge. That pushes the rated cost per black page below even the single cartridge's roughly 0.27 cents — a modest percentage on one cartridge, a meaningful line item across a fleet over a year.

Can the three cartridges be spread across different machines?

Yes, and that is one of the quiet advantages of a shared platform: any machine in this family takes the same black cartridge, so the three-pack can stock a whole floor rather than belonging to one device. Install them wherever the next empty shows up, and you avoid keeping separate toner inventories per machine.

Which models does the 841813 fit?

The 841813 is the black cartridge for the Ricoh Aficio MP C3003/C3503 color MFP platform: Aficio MP C3003, Aficio MP C3004, Aficio MP C3503 and Aficio MP C3504 Although the page title names the C3003 family, the cartridge is a platform part — every model on that list uses this same black, so this three-pack supports whichever of those machines you run.

When should we reorder so the shelf never actually empties?

A practical trigger is the day the last cartridge of the three goes into a machine: at that point you hold one working cartridge's worth of coverage — up to 29,500 pages — which is plenty of lead time at normal departmental volumes. Ordering then keeps the rotation unbroken without tying up cash in a deep stockpile.

What coverage stands behind a three-cartridge purchase?

Each of the three carries its own one-year warranty, and compatible-cartridge returns here are free for a full year — so a dud is replaced or resolved cartridge by cartridge, with no need to unwind the whole order. The plain-language terms are on our shipping & returns page, and questions are answered Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
