Frequently Asked Questions

Eight cartridges sounds like a lot — who is this box sized for?

For the office or site that treats toner like paper: a staple supply bought in bulk, not an emergency purchase. That usually means a printer — or several on the same platform — with steady daily volume, where running out is not an inconvenience but a stoppage. If your machine prints a few pages a week, this box is more than you need; if it prints all day, this is the size that stops toner from being a recurring errand.

What is the per-cartridge math on the biggest set?

The set costs $325.81 for eight cartridges, which is $40.73 per cartridge — the lowest per-cartridge average in this cartridge family. Every cartridge in the box belongs to the 6,500-page class. Buying at this depth is a volume decision: the unit price rewards the size of the order, and the trade-off is shelf space and cash committed up front, which we would rather state plainly than gloss over.

Which printer does this set belong to?

The set is produced for Ricoh SP C252DN. All eight cartridges are standard units for that platform and can be drawn down by any machine of that model on your site — the stock is not paired to one printer.

How do I keep a stock of eight organized?

Two habits keep it simple. First, rotation: load cartridges in the order they arrived, oldest stock first, and write the delivery month on each box so the order is visible at a glance. Second, separation: keep the working stock in one place rather than scattered across desks, so anyone can see at a glance how many cartridges remain and reorder while a buffer still exists.

If one cartridge is faulty, does the whole set have to go back?

No. Warranty coverage attaches to each cartridge individually, so a unit that arrives damaged or prints badly is resolved on its own under our 1-year warranty while the other seven stay on your shelf, fully covered. Sealed cartridges you ultimately do not need are also covered by 1-year free returns — the details are on our shipping and returns page.

How does an order this size reach us, and who helps if something is off?

Orders ship from whichever of our warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — is positioned to reach you soonest. If a delivery arrives short or damaged, or a cartridge misbehaves, our support team is on hand Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST to sort it out.
