Frequently Asked Questions

Why stock five cartridges at once instead of reordering as each color runs dry?

Because a color printer stops being a color printer the moment one cartridge is empty and the replacement is two days away. Keeping a five-cartridge stock on the shelf means whichever color finishes — on whatever day it chooses — the swap takes minutes and the work continues. Offices buy this size to remove toner from their list of things that can interrupt a deadline.

What do the five cartridges in this set cover?

The set holds five cartridges for this platform, and every cartridge in it belongs to the 6,500-page class. The price is $211.60, which works out to $42.32 per cartridge — a lower per-cartridge figure than the smaller sets in this range, reflecting the larger single order.

Which printer does this set fit?

This set is made for Ricoh SP C252DN. The cartridges are the standard units for that model; if you run a different machine from the same series alongside it, check that machine's cartridge code separately, since codes differ between models.

How should a mixed stock of five be stored and rotated?

Keep every cartridge sealed in its box, stored flat at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Work through the stock in delivery order — when a color runs out, take the matching cartridge from the shelf and note what remains, so reordering happens while you still hold a buffer rather than after the last box is gone.

What if one cartridge out of the five fails?

It is treated as its own case. Each cartridge carries a 1-year warranty individually, so one that arrives damaged or prints with streaks and dropouts is resolved on its own — the rest of your stock is untouched and stays fully covered. Unopened cartridges you no longer need can also go back under our 1-year free returns; the policy is set out on our shipping and returns page.

Which offices get the most out of this size?

The ones whose color printing faces outward: quotes, presentations, marketing pieces and reports that land on a client's desk. When output quality and same-day turnaround both matter, a shelf that always holds the next cartridge is worth more than the small saving from ordering one at a time.
