Frequently Asked Questions

Is a five-pack overbuying for a single printer?

Honestly, for a lightly used machine it can be. Five cartridges hold 32,500 pages, and an office printing a few hundred pages a month would take years to see the bottom of that box. But for a printer that works hard every day, this is the lowest per-cartridge price in the black range for this platform — the pack makes sense where the volume is real, and is simply more than a quiet desk printer needs.

Which printer do these five cartridges fit?

All five are made for Ricoh SP C252DN. They are interchangeable standard cartridges for that model, so the pack can serve one hard-working machine or be spread across several printers of the same model on your site.

What is the full math on this pack?

The five-pack costs $215.73. That is $43.15 per cartridge against $57.94 bought singly, saving $73.97 across the five, and the box holds 32,500 pages of black printing in total. Each step up in pack size lowers the per-cartridge price, and this is the bottom step for black on this platform.

How do I rotate a stock this size so nothing sits too long?

Keep the cartridges sealed, flat and at room temperature, and load them in the order they arrived — oldest first. A small habit that pays off with a stock this size: write the delivery month on each box when it arrives. That way rotation is obvious at a glance and no cartridge quietly becomes the forgotten one at the back of the cupboard.

What if our print volume drops after we buy the pack?

Plans change, and a stock bought for a busy year sometimes outlives the project that justified it. Unopened cartridges can go back under our 1-year free returns, and every cartridge — opened and in use or still sealed — sits under a 1-year warranty if it ever prints badly. The terms are spelled out on our shipping and returns page.

Is this sized for one machine or a whole site?

Either, and that flexibility is the point of the size. A single printer with heavy daily volume will work through it steadily; a site running several printers on this platform can treat the pack as a central supply and draw cartridges as each machine calls for one. The cartridges carry no machine-specific pairing, so the stock follows the need.
