Frequently Asked Questions

Who goes through three black cartridges — is this sized as a year's supply?

For a lot of offices, that is exactly what it is. Three cartridges at 6,500 pages each give you 19,500 pages; at around 1,600 pages a month that works out to roughly a year of black printing bought in a single order. Busier desks will move through it faster, but the shape of the purchase is the same: one decision now instead of three separate scrambles during the year.

How does the per-cartridge price step down in this pack?

The three-pack costs $136.83, which brings each cartridge down to $45.61 against the $57.94 single price — a saving of $36.99 compared with buying the same three cartridges one at a time. The more of this cartridge your office genuinely uses, the more that step-down is worth taking in one order.

Can the pack be shared across a small fleet of printers?

Yes. These are standard cartridges for the platform, not units tied to one machine. A supply shelf feeding two or three printers can draw from the same pack, and many offices do exactly that rather than keeping a separate stock per device.

Which printer model are these cartridges for?

This three-pack is built for Ricoh SP C252DN. Before ordering for a machine you have not bought cartridges for before, it is worth a ten-second check of the cartridge code in the printer — close model numbers in this series do not always share the same cartridge.

What if the middle cartridge of the three is the faulty one?

It gets handled on its own. Every cartridge carries our 1-year warranty regardless of which pack it came from, so a unit that arrives damaged or starts printing streaks and faded bands is sorted individually — you do not send the whole pack back or lose coverage on the cartridges that are fine. Returns are free for a year, too; the full policy is on our shipping and returns page.

How do I avoid running dry or over-ordering next time?

The simple rule that works: reorder when the last cartridge from this pack goes into the printer, not when it runs out. That keeps one cartridge of buffer in the machine's life at all times. If you want help estimating how long a pack should last at your volume, our team can walk through it Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
