Frequently Asked Questions
Eight cartridges sounds like a lot — who is this set actually for?
Busy small offices, branch locations and anyone standardizing on this compact Ricoh across several desks. Eight 2,300-page cartridges total 18,400 pages of rated capacity, and at $369.96 — about $46.25 per cartridge — this is the lowest per-cartridge price we offer for the platform, built for buyers who know they will use every one.
How far does 18,400 pages of toner really go?
That depends on your mix: heavy black-text printing leans on the black cartridges, while color-rich documents draw down all four slots together, so no single page forecast fits every office. What the number honestly tells you is supply depth — months of printing for a typical small team without a single reorder in between.
Do all eight cartridges fit our printer model?
Yes — the set is made for Ricoh SP C250DN and SP C252DN, and because the platform shares one cartridge family, a listing that names one model supplies the other as well. Every cartridge in the box fits either machine, which is also what makes this set practical for offices running both models.
Why not just order the four-cartridge set twice?
You could, but you would pay more per cartridge and place two orders to get the same shelf stock. This eight-cartridge set prices each unit at about $46.25 and arrives as one shipment from whichever of our warehouses — IL, PA, GA or CA — is stocked and closest, so the whole supply lands at once.
What is the catch with toner this inexpensive per cartridge?
The catch is volume commitment, not quality: the savings only materialize if your office genuinely prints through eight cartridges before they age on the shelf, and the platform's per-page cost — around 2 cents even at this set price — remains higher than a big workgroup machine's. For a light-use printer, a smaller set is the honest recommendation.
How does the warranty work across a set this large?
Every cartridge is covered individually for one year, with free returns for one year as set out on our shipping and returns page — install them over months and each unit still carries its full coverage. If any cartridge underperforms, contact support Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and we will replace or refund that cartridge alone.
About This Eight Color Set
This Clever Supplies compatible eight-cartridge set is the bulk supply option for the Ricoh SP C250DN / SP C252DN platform: eight cartridges rated at 2,300 pages each — 18,400 pages of total capacity — for $369.96, about $46.25 per cartridge and roughly 2 cents per rated page. That is as low as this compact family's running cost goes, offered plainly alongside the fact that small desktop printers never match workgroup per-page economics. Orders ship from IL, PA, GA or CA, every cartridge carries a one-year warranty and one-year free returns, and support answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. The rest of the platform range lives in our Ricoh toner collection.
