Frequently Asked Questions
What does a six-cartridge set change about how we manage toner?
It turns toner from a recurring errand into a stocked supply: six 2,300-page cartridges — 13,800 pages of rated capacity in total — sit in your cabinet, and reordering becomes a quarterly decision instead of a monthly scramble. At $277.38, the set brings the per-cartridge cost down to about $46.23.
Can a set this size feed two printers at once?
Yes, and that is one of its best uses: offices running a pair of these compact Ricohs can draw from one shared shelf stock instead of tracking separate supplies per machine. The cartridges are interchangeable across the platform, so whichever printer calls for toner first gets the next cartridge.
Are all six cartridges right for our specific model?
They are — this set is built for Ricoh SP C250DN and SP C252DN, and the two models share one cartridge family across the platform, so a listing naming a single model still supplies the other. Just confirm your machines are C250DN or C252DN units and every cartridge in the box has a home.
Will cartridges go stale before we use the last ones?
Not under normal office conditions: sealed toner cartridges tolerate long storage in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and toner powder does not dry out the way ink does. Use them oldest-first and a six-cartridge supply rotates through an active office well within its comfortable shelf life.
Is the per-page cost any better in a set this size?
Better than singles, yes — about $46.23 per 2,300-page cartridge works out to roughly 2 cents per page instead of the 2.68 cents a single color cartridge costs. We still call it what it is: this desktop family is not the cheapest way to print a page, and the set simply makes its running cost as low as it reasonably gets.
What if we get through only part of the set and a cartridge fails?
Coverage follows each cartridge, not the calendar: every unit in the set carries its own one-year warranty and one-year free returns under our shipping and returns terms. Whether it is the first cartridge you install or the fifth, a failure is replaced or refunded — call us Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
