Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually goes through three black cartridges — one busy machine, or several?

Both profiles fit. A single department machine printing around 3,000 black pages a month will work through this pack's 30,000 rated pages in well under a year, and a small fleet of two or three machines on the same platform can draw from the same shelf stock. The pack is sized for offices that reorder toner often enough that ordering itself has become the chore.

What does the per-cartridge price drop to in a three-pack?

Each cartridge works out to $38.02, versus $50.35 bought singly — a combined saving of $36.99 across the three, and a rated cost of roughly 0.38 cents per black page. The discount deepens with pack size because the per-order handling is spread across more cartridges, and we pass that difference on in the pack price.

How should we manage rotation so no cartridge sits in the cupboard too long?

Install them in the order they arrived and mark each box with its delivery date when it comes in. Kept sealed, cool and out of sunlight, a cartridge waits happily for its turn; simple first-in, first-out rotation means the oldest stock is always used first and nothing ages forgotten at the back of the shelf.

Are all three cartridges in this pack identical?

Yes — all three are the same compatible 841280 black cartridge, rated at 10,000 pages each, and each one works across the full platform: Ricoh Aficio MP C2030, MP C2050 and MP C2530. The C2030 in the listing title is just the model this page is catalogued under; any machine in that family that takes the 841280 black can use every cartridge in this pack.

What if our print volume drops after we buy three cartridges?

Then the pack simply lasts longer — sealed cartridges store well, so a quieter quarter does not waste your purchase. If your volume has genuinely changed for good, our one-year free returns give you a window to send back unopened stock; check the terms on our shipping and returns page before the year is out.

Does each cartridge carry its own warranty in a multi-pack?

It does. Every cartridge in the pack is individually covered by a one-year warranty, whether it is installed in the first month or the tenth. A cartridge that leaks, streaks or fails early is replaced on its own — you are never asked to surrender the whole pack because one unit misbehaved.
