Frequently Asked Questions

Who is a ten-pack realistically for?

Buyers running the SP 5100N hard or running several of them. Ten cartridges total up to 200,000 pages — the annual toner budget of a busy department, a mail room, or a small fleet of these printers on one purchase order. If your usage is a few thousand pages a year, this pack is more than you need; if toner reorders land on someone's desk every month, it removes most of them.

What does the per-cartridge price drop to in the ten-pack?

The pack is $511.15, or $51.12 per cartridge — the lowest unit price in this cartridge family. Against ten singles at $67.76 each, you save $166.45, and across 200,000 rated pages the toner cost works out to about 0.26 cents per page.

Which printer do these ten cartridges fit?

All ten cartridges fit Ricoh Aficio SP 5100N. They are black toner cartridges for that monochrome model only, installed one at a time exactly like any other cartridge for the machine.

How do we manage stock rotation with this many cartridges?

Treat it like any dated inventory: keep the boxes together, oldest at the front, and note the arrival date on the shipping carton. Issue cartridges front to back so none sit untouched for the whole cycle. A quick count once a quarter tells you when the next planned purchase should go in, well before the shelf is empty.

Does a purchase this large complicate warranty or returns?

No — coverage is per cartridge, not per order size. Every one of the ten carries a one-year warranty and one year of free returns, and an issue with a single cartridge is resolved on its own without involving the rest of the pack. Details are on our shipping and returns page, and our team answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

Can the ten-pack be split between locations?

Yes. Because the pack contains ten individually boxed cartridges, a buyer can keep part of the stock at headquarters and send the rest to a branch that runs the same printer. The shipment itself leaves from the closest of our IL, PA, GA, and CA warehouses to the delivery address on the order.
