Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of operation needs ten cartridges at once?

A busy one. Ten cartridges total up to 64,000 pages — enough for a high-volume office printing 5,000 pages a month to run for over a year, or for a small fleet of Aficio SP 3500DN printers drawing from one central supply cabinet. This is the pack for buyers who order toner once and stop thinking about it.

What is the unit price at this quantity?

The ten-pack is $297.13, which works out to $29.71 per cartridge — the lowest per-cartridge price in this cartridge family. Against ten singles at $46.36 each ($463.60), the pack saves $166.47.

Is this the right cartridge for our machines?

Each cartridge is the 406989 model made for the Ricoh Aficio SP 3500DN. Confirm the code on a cartridge you are currently using; if it reads 406989, every cartridge in this case fits the same slot.

Honestly — could ten be too many for a single light-use printer?

It could. If your one printer only handles a few hundred pages a month, ten cartridges would sit on the shelf for years, and a smaller pack would serve you better. This case earns its price when volume is high or several printers share the stock.

What if a cartridge from the case turns out to be faulty?

Each cartridge is covered on its own by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns — a single bad unit is handled on its own without returning the rest. Details are on our shipping and returns page.

How is an order this size delivered?

It ships from the warehouse nearest you among our IL, PA, GA and CA locations, typically arriving within a few business days. For questions about bulk ordering or delivery, our support team works Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
