Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually goes through three BP20 cartridges?

More offices than you would think. A BP20 printing around 1,500 pages a month empties a 5,000-page cartridge roughly every three months, so three cartridges are close to a year of supply. This pack is sized for that steady, predictable user — someone who would rather place one toner order a year than four, and who knows the machine is not being replaced anytime soon.

How does the math on this three-pack compare with buying singles?

Three singles would cost $192.30. This pack is $155.34, so each cartridge lands at $51.78 and you keep $36.96. Across the pack's 15,000 rated pages, that brings the per-page cost down to about 1.04 cents from the single's roughly 1.28 cents. It is still not bargain-bin toner — the BP20's cartridge was never a high-yield design — but the pack trims the cost honestly, with no games.

Are these the right cartridges for my machine?

They are, if your machine is the Ricoh Aficio BP20. All three cartridges in this pack are the 402455 black cartridge for that monochrome printer, each rated at 5,000 pages. The BP20 takes black only, so there are no companion colors to track down. Checking the number on your old cartridge against 402455 before ordering takes ten seconds and settles it.

Can the three cartridges be spread across more than one printer?

Yes. Each cartridge is sealed and packaged on its own, so the pack divides however you like — all three into one busy BP20 over time, or split between two or three machines in the same office. Nothing about the pack pricing requires them to be used in the same printer or even in the same month.

If one cartridge in the pack fails early, what then?

It is handled individually. Every cartridge we sell is backed by a one-year warranty, and returns are free for a full year, so a leaking or streaking cartridge gets replaced or refunded on its own while the others in the pack stay exactly where they are. The full terms are on our shipping and returns page.

How does delivery work on a pack like this?

We ship from four warehouses — IL, PA, GA, and CA — so most orders land within a few business days. Buying the year's supply in one box also means one delivery to receive instead of three. Questions before or after ordering? Our support team is in Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
