What kind of operation needs ten BP20 cartridges at once?
A bigger one than most. Ten cartridges are 50,000 rated pages — that is a facilities or purchasing department stocking a fleet of BP20s, or a print-heavy office that burns through a cartridge every few weeks and orders toner the way it orders paper. If your BP20 usage is light, this pack is honestly more than you need; the smaller packs exist for exactly that reason.
How low does the unit price go at this quantity?
This is the family's best per-cartridge price: $474.65 for ten puts each cartridge at $47.47, against $64.10 bought one at a time. The total saving versus ten singles is $166.35, and across 50,000 pages the per-page cost works out to about 0.95 cents — the lowest this cartridge reaches. The cartridges themselves are identical to the single; only the quantity changes.
Are all ten cartridges the correct one for my printer?
Yes — every cartridge in this pack is the 402455 black cartridge made for the Ricoh Aficio BP20. The BP20 is a monochrome printer, so this single cartridge type is the only supply it uses. If your machines currently run 402455 cartridges, this pack restocks them without any sorting or matching.
How should a stock of ten cartridges be stored and rotated?
Keep them sealed, flat, and in a cool, dry storeroom away from sunlight and heat sources. Work oldest stock first — marking the delivery date on the case makes rotation foolproof for whoever pulls the next cartridge. With that basic discipline, a case bought today feeds printers over many months with no drop in performance from the first cartridge to the last.
Can this case be split across different locations or departments?
Easily. Each cartridge is individually sealed, so the case can be broken down however your organization works — a few cartridges to each site or floor that runs a BP20, or held centrally and issued as printers run dry. There is no requirement to keep the ten together, and splitting the case does not affect the warranty on any individual cartridge.
What backing does a bulk purchase like this carry?
Every cartridge is covered by a one-year warranty, and returns are free for a full year. If one cartridge out of the ten leaks or streaks, it is sorted out on its own — the other nine are untouched. Full details sit on our shipping and returns page. We ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA, and CA, and our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
