Frequently Asked Questions

How long will 3,500 pages last on a machine like the AC104?

Each cartridge is rated for up to 3,500 pages. The AC104 usually survives in offices as a light-duty backup or single-user printer, and at a few hundred pages a month one cartridge can carry it for the better part of a year. Dense pages — forms, labels, heavy graphics — will shorten that; plain text stretches it.

Is $45.66 a fair price for a 3,500-page cartridge?

Honestly, at roughly 1.30 cents per page this is not the cheapest toner per page we sell, and we will not pretend otherwise. The AC104 is an older model whose cartridges have become genuinely hard to source; the value here is availability — a fresh, working cartridge for a machine many suppliers stopped supporting — rather than a bargain cost per page.

Which printer is this cartridge made for?

It fits Ricoh AC104. Check the code 412672 against the cartridge you are replacing or the supply listing in the printer's manual, and the new cartridge seats in the same slot in under a minute.

How do I know the old cartridge is really finished?

When pages come out faded or streaky, slide the cartridge out and rock it gently side to side a few times — that redistributes the remaining toner and often buys a few dozen more usable pages. If the fading returns quickly, the cartridge is done and it is time for this one.

What protection do I get with a compatible cartridge?

Every cartridge carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. If it arrives damaged, fails early or prints poorly, we replace it or refund it — the full terms are on our shipping and returns page.

How quickly will it reach me?

We ship from four warehouses — IL, PA, GA and CA — and send your order from the one nearest you, so most addresses are served within a few business days. Need help deciding or installing? Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
