Frequently Asked Questions

The AC104 only holds one cartridge — why buy two at once?

Because the day the installed cartridge runs dry is never a convenient day. With the second cartridge sealed on a shelf, the swap takes a minute and printing never waits on a delivery. For an older model like the AC104, keeping one spare ahead is also insurance against a cartridge that is getting harder to find on short notice.

What does the two-pack save me?

Two single cartridges would cost $91.32; this pack is $72.81, so you save $18.51 and pay $36.41 per cartridge instead of $45.66. Across the pack's 7,000 rated pages that brings the toner cost down to roughly 1.04 cents per page.

Will the spare cartridge keep while it sits in storage?

Yes — leave it sealed in its bag, stored flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Kept that way, a toner cartridge waits patiently for well over a year without losing print quality, so there is no rush to use the second one.

Does this pack work with my printer?

These cartridges are made for Ricoh AC104 and match the 412672 supply code. If your current cartridge carries that code, both cartridges in this pack will fit and print the same way.

Can I split the pair between two printers, or return one?

The two cartridges are individually sealed, so you can load one and store the other, share the pack between two AC104 machines, or reorder only when the spare goes in. If one cartridge in the pack misbehaves, it is handled on its own — you do not have to send both back.

What if something goes wrong with either cartridge?

Both are covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, whether the problem shows up on the first cartridge or the one you open months later. The details live on our shipping and returns page, and our support team answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
