Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of operation orders 35,000 pages of AC104 toner at once?

Usually one running several AC104 units — a school, clinic, warehouse office or small fleet that standardized on this model years ago and keeps them in service. Ten cartridges at 3,500 rated pages each let a purchasing list stay closed for a long stretch, and bulk buying secures stock of a cartridge that gets scarcer every year.

What does the ten-pack do to the price per cartridge?

It brings it to the lowest point in this family: $29.01 per cartridge, against $45.66 for a single. Ten singles would total $456.60; this pack is $290.10, saving $166.50 and putting the rated cost near 0.83 cents per page.

Which printer do these fit?

All ten are compatible black cartridges for Ricoh AC104, built to the 412672 supply code and rated at up to 3,500 pages apiece. They interchange freely between any AC104 machines on your site.

How should a stock of ten be organized?

Two habits keep it painless: split the delivery between storage spots if the cartridges serve more than one building, and date each box on arrival so the oldest stock is always used first. Kept sealed, flat and away from heat and sunlight, the last box prints as well as the first.

What happens if our fleet changes and some cartridges go unused?

Sealed cartridges you no longer need can go back under our 1-year free returns, and every cartridge also carries its own 1-year warranty if one fails or prints poorly. The complete terms are on our shipping and returns page.

Can I talk to someone before placing a bulk order?

Yes — our support team answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST and can confirm stock for larger orders. Shipments leave from the nearest of our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, so even a ten-pack usually arrives within a few business days.
