Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually uses three AC104 cartridges — is this a year's supply?

For most offices keeping an AC104 in service, yes. Three cartridges total 10,500 rated pages, which covers roughly a year for a machine printing a few hundred pages a month, and about six months at a thousand pages a month. Buying the year in one order also means one less recurring chore on somebody's list.

How does the per-cartridge price step down in this pack?

Singles cost $45.66 each, so three bought separately would run $136.98. This pack is $99.97 — $33.32 per cartridge and $37.01 saved overall, which brings the rated cost to about 0.95 cents per page across its 10,500 pages.

Which machine do these cartridges belong to?

They are built for Ricoh AC104 under the 412672 supply code. Match that code to the cartridge you are pulling out and each one in this pack drops into the same slot with no adjustments.

How should I work through a three-pack so nothing goes stale?

Use them in the order they arrived — first in, first out — and write the purchase date on each box when the order lands. Keep the unopened cartridges flat, sealed and out of sunlight and heat, and they will print like new when their turn comes.

What if the printer is retired before I finish the pack?

Unopened cartridges are the easy case: our 1-year free returns give you a generous window to send back stock you no longer need, and every cartridge also carries a 1-year warranty if one underperforms. Terms are spelled out on our shipping and returns page.

Where does my order ship from?

From the closest of our four warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA, which keeps transit to a few business days for most of the country. Questions about the order or the cartridges themselves? Reach support Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
