Frequently Asked Questions

Is a five-pack too much toner for one aging AC104?

For a single lightly used machine, honestly, it can be — a smaller pack may fit better, and we would rather tell you that than oversell you. The five-pack makes sense when the AC104 still prints daily, when several of them share one supply shelf, or when you simply want the lowest per-cartridge price locked in while this older model's cartridges are available.

What is the math on five cartridges?

Bought one at a time, five cartridges would cost $228.30. This pack is $154.30, which works out to $30.86 per cartridge and $74.00 saved; spread across the pack's 17,500 rated pages, toner cost lands near 0.88 cents per page.

Are all five cartridges the same?

Yes — five identical compatible black cartridges for Ricoh AC104, each matching the 412672 code and rated for up to 3,500 pages. Any of them can go into any AC104 you run, in any order.

How do I store five cartridges without wasting any?

Keep them sealed, flat and in a cool, dry cabinet, and rotate stock: the oldest box goes into the printer first. A five-pack bought today should be opened one at a time over its working life, and dating each box when it arrives makes the rotation foolproof.

Does bulk buying change my warranty coverage?

No. Every cartridge in the pack is covered individually by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns — if the fourth cartridge you open has a problem, it is handled on its own, not as an all-or-nothing pack claim. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.

How fast does a pack this size arrive?

Orders leave from whichever of our warehouses — IL, PA, GA or CA — is closest to the delivery address, so even a five-pack typically lands within a few business days. Support is on hand Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if you want to check stock before ordering more.
