Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly do I get in this six-cartridge color set?

Six cartridges spanning the three color positions of the C610 family — cyan 44315303, magenta 44315302 and yellow 44315301 — each rated at 6,000 pages. The listing does not promise an exact per-color split, so if the balance between colors matters to your office, contact support before ordering and we will confirm the mix in the box.

How much does buying six at once actually save?

The set is $150.81, which is about $25.14 per cartridge. Bought one at a time, those same cartridges are $40.55 each — $243.30 for six — so the set saves roughly $92.49, about $15.41 on every cartridge. That per-cartridge drop is the entire point of the six-pack format.

Is there a black cartridge in this set?

No, and it is worth knowing before you check out. This is a color-only set covering the cyan, magenta and yellow positions; the black cartridge for the C610 printers (44315304) is sold separately. If your black is also running low, add it to the same order so the printer is fully restocked in one delivery.

How many color pages does the whole set cover?

Each of the six cartridges is rated at 6,000 pages, so the box holds up to 36,000 pages of color capacity in total. For an office doing steady color work, that is a long stretch between supply orders — one purchase that keeps the shelf stocked through several toner cycles.

Which printers is this set made for?

The C610cdn, C610dn and C610dtn — all three run the same Type C15 colors, so a single set format serves any of them. Offices running several of these printers can keep one shared stock of sets instead of tracking separate spares per machine.

How do warranty and returns work on a multi-cartridge set?

The set is covered by the same terms as our single cartridges: a one-year warranty and one year of free returns, detailed in our shipping & returns policy. Sets ship from our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, and support answers Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
