Frequently Asked Questions

What should the first pages look like after I install this C610cdn set?

Full-strength. Text should come out solid black and color work fully saturated from the first sheet — there is no running-in period with toner. Pale or streaky first pages are worth investigating straight away rather than printing through, and our support team can help you pin down whether it is a cartridge or the machine, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.

Why does the listing name carry four long numbers?

Because this set is sold under its Oki part numbers: 44315301, 44315302, 44315303 and 44315304. Those four numbers together identify the complete four-cartridge set for the C610cdn — quoting them is the surest way to reorder exactly the same set later.

What is in the box?

One cartridge in each of black, cyan, magenta and yellow — the full set, for $112.06. Spread across the four, that averages about $28.02 per cartridge.

How far do the ratings go?

The black cartridge is rated at up to 8,000 pages and each color cartridge at up to 6,000 pages. We leave them as a black figure and a per-color figure rather than a single summed total, because a set in a C610cdn is consumed by two very different kinds of page.

Which other printers take this same set?

The family is also listed for the Oki C610dn and C610dtn, alongside the C610cdn this listing is named for — all under the same 44315301-series part numbers.

What if a cartridge underperforms?

Every cartridge carries a 1-year warranty, and returns are free for a full year — see our shipping and returns page. You are covered whether the issue shows up on page one or month eleven.
