Frequently Asked Questions

Should I restock with this set or keep buying single colors as they run out?

It depends on how your printer eats toner. If all four positions turn over regularly, the set wins: $91.40 buys black 46508704, cyan 46508703, magenta 46508702 and yellow 46508701 together, while the three colors alone bought singly total $110.06. If one color barely moves in your office, singles keep cash out of the cupboard. The honest test is whether every position will be needed within the year.

Which cartridge in this family usually runs dry first?

In most offices, black. Text dominates everyday printing, so the 46508704 works harder than the colors. Among the colors it varies with what you print — charts heavy on blue drain cyan, photo work drains magenta and yellow. The set removes the guesswork by putting a spare of each on the shelf.

How should the unopened cartridges be stored?

Flat, in their sealed packaging, in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Kept that way, a spare from this set is fine waiting for its turn; heat and damp are the real enemies, not time on the shelf.

How much printing does each position give me?

By class rather than one lump total: the black cartridge is rated at 3,500 pages and each of the three color cartridges at 3,000 pages at standard coverage. Dense graphics count against the colors far faster than plain letters do, so treat the color figures as a ceiling for mixed office work.

Does the same set cover the multifunction model too?

Yes. Alongside the C332DN it serves the MC363DN, since both machines take the identical four part numbers. You can browse the wider range in our Okidata lineup if your office runs other Oki models as well.

If a cartridge from the set disappoints me, what then?

Each one is backed by a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns — the wording lives on our shipping and returns page. We ship from IL, PA, GA and CA, and the support desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

About This C332DN Four-Color Set

This is the shelf-stocking listing for the 4650870x family: one each of black 46508704 (3,500-page rating), cyan 46508703, magenta 46508702 and yellow 46508701 (3,000 pages apiece), fitting the C332DN and MC363DN. At $91.40 the bundle suits offices that would rather reorder once than chase individual colors through the year. It is covered by our 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, dispatched from our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, with support on hand Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
