Frequently Asked Questions

Who is a 10-pack actually for?

This is the fleet and high-volume option: offices running several machines on the 44574701 cartridge, or a single B411D with serious monthly volume. Ten cartridges at 4,000 pages each put 40,000 pages in the building. At 4,000 pages a month across the office, that is a ten-month supply bought in one order — one purchase order, one delivery, no recurring toner admin.

How deep does the 10-pack discount go?

The 10-pack is $118.05, which is about $11.81 per cartridge and roughly 0.30 cents per page. Ten singles at $28.45 would cost $284.50, so the pack saves $166.45 — the largest absolute saving on this cartridge. Per page, the 10-pack rate is well under half the single-cartridge rate of 0.71 cents.

How does the ladder look from single to 10-pack?

The per-cartridge price steps down at every size: $28.45 for a single, $19.20 in the 2-pack, $16.12 in the 3-pack, $13.66 in the 5-pack, and about $11.81 here. The pattern rewards commitment, but the right rung is the one matched to your real consumption — the deepest discount only pays if the cartridges actually get used.

What does storing ten cartridges require?

Nothing exotic: a shelf or cabinet, kept cool and dry, away from windows and heat. Keep cartridges sealed in their packaging and stored flat, and pull them oldest-first. Spread across a year of normal office consumption, stock rotates steadily and no cartridge sits long enough for storage conditions to be a practical worry.

Which machines can draw from this stock?

Every cartridge is an Okidata 44574701, listed for the B411D and also used by the Oki B411dn and B431d and the MB461 MFP, MB471, and MB471W. That shared cartridge is exactly what makes a 10-pack practical — the stock is not locked to one printer, so a busy month on any of those machines draws from the same shelf.

What protection covers a purchase this size?

Each cartridge carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, detailed on our shipping and returns page. Orders ship from the closest of our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, or California warehouses, and support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
