Frequently Asked Questions

Why shouldn't the department's flagship printer wait on a toner delivery?

Because a T654dn usually sits at the center of a team's workflow — networked, duplexing, and busy all day. An empty cartridge there idles everyone, not just one desk. This 2-pack pre-positions a second T650H11A in the supply cabinet, turning a potential half-day disruption into a two-minute cartridge change.

What does choosing the pair do to my costs?

The pack is $320.91 instead of $339.38 for two singles, a saving of $18.47. Per cartridge you pay $160.46, and over the combined 50,000-page supply your toner cost settles at about 0.64 cents per page — a small per-page gain that departmental volumes magnify.

How far does 50,000 pages take a busy department?

Roughly half a year at 8,000 pages a month, and closer to eight months at 6,000. That cadence pairs naturally with a standing rule: when the reserve cartridge goes in, reorder the next pack. The printer then always has one full cartridge of safety margin behind the one in use.

Can either cartridge be used in our other Lexmark printers?

Yes. The listing is titled for the T654dn, but the T650H11A is the platform-wide cartridge — it also powers T650, T650n, T650dn, T650dtn, T652, T652n, T652dn, T652dtn, T654, T654n, T654dn, T654dtn, T656dne, TS654dn and TS656dne. That interchangeability means the spare is never stranded: whichever compatible machine runs dry first can claim it.

Our orders sometimes take days — how does shipping work here?

Orders ship from our regional warehouses in IL, PA, GA, and CA, so most destinations are reached quickly from the nearest stock. Even so, the design of this pack assumes you should not have to depend on that speed: the second cartridge is the guarantee, and fast shipping is the backup to the backup.

How are problems with a pack cartridge resolved?

Each cartridge carries its own one-year warranty and can be returned free within a year — the full policy is on our shipping & returns page. Reach support Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST and we will replace or refund the faulty cartridge without touching the status of the good one.
