Frequently Asked Questions

What does annual toner planning look like for a T654dn?

Start from the counter history: if the machine averages 8,000 pages a month, it burns about 96,000 pages a year — almost exactly this pack. Four T650H11A cartridges, up to 100,000 pages, bought once, turn toner into a single predictable budget line for the department's flagship printer instead of a repeating small purchase.

Where does the 4-pack beat every smaller quantity on price?

At the unit level. $623.32 for four is $155.83 per cartridge, against $160.46 in the 2-pack and $169.69 singly — a $55.44 total saving versus singles. Per page it works out to roughly 0.62 cents, the cheapest rate this cartridge is sold at.

Must all four cartridges stay with the T654dn?

No. This listing features the T654dn, but the cartridge is standard across the T650 platform — T650, T650n, T650dn, T650dtn, T652, T652n, T652dn, T652dtn, T654, T654n, T654dn, T654dtn, T656dne, TS654dn and TS656dne — so the pack can underwrite the whole compatible fleet. In mixed offices the flagship simply tends to claim cartridges fastest; the stock itself is indifferent to which machine it feeds.

How do we avoid the fourth cartridge being a surprise expiry concern?

By treating storage as rotation, not warehousing. Keep the cartridges sealed, flat, cool, and dry, issue them oldest-first, and the last one installs as fresh as the first. Toner does not behave like ink in storage; shelf time measured in many months — even past a year — is well within what a sealed cartridge tolerates.

What if our volume drops and we are overstocked?

Returns are free for a full year, so an unopened surplus is not a trap — and because the cartridge fits the entire platform, another department's printer can usually absorb it anyway. Between the shared fitment and the returns window, the practical risk of holding four is low for offices on this platform.

What is the fine print on warranty for this pack?

There is little of it: each of the four cartridges is individually covered by a one-year warranty against defects, per the terms summarized on our shipping & returns page. Claims are handled per cartridge, and help is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if you want to talk before sending anything back.
