Frequently Asked Questions

What is a sensible reorder rule with a 2-pack?

Use the spare as the trigger. Install the first T650H11A now and keep the second sealed by the T652n; the day the spare goes into the printer, place the next order. That way the printer is never waiting on a delivery, and your reorder timing automatically matches your real usage instead of a guess on a calendar.

How much printing does this pair put in reserve?

Up to 50,000 pages across the two cartridges. For a small workgroup sharing a T652n at around 2,500 pages a month, that is roughly 20 months of printing from one order. Busier teams at 5,000 pages a month still get about 10 months of cover.

What do the two cartridges cost versus buying separately?

The pack is $320.91; bought one by one, the same two cartridges total $339.38, so the pair saves $18.47. That sets your price at $160.46 per cartridge and your toner cost at approximately 0.64 cents per page over the life of the pack.

Can the second cartridge go into a different printer instead?

Yes — nothing ties it to one machine. The listing names the T652n, but the T650H11A fits the whole T650 platform: T650, T650n, T650dn, T650dtn, T652, T652n, T652dn, T652dtn, T654, T654n, T654dn, T654dtn, T656dne, TS654dn and TS656dne. If another printer in the office runs low first, the "spare" can go there and the T652n can take the next one.

How should I keep the spare until its turn?

Sealed in its bag, lying flat in a drawer or cabinet, away from sunlight and heat vents. Toner keeps well in storage, so there is no rush to use it and no penalty for holding it many months. Just keep it somewhere the team can actually find it when the warning light comes on.

If a cartridge in the pack underperforms, what then?

Each one is covered by a one-year warranty, and returns are free for the first year — see our shipping & returns page for how it works. Contact support Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST and we will sort out a replacement or refund for the faulty unit.
