Frequently Asked Questions

What arrives in this CP1522N set?

Five HP 128A cartridges in their own sealed boxes — CE320A black, CE321A cyan, CE322A yellow and CE323A magenta for the four slots, with one of those colors supplied twice so a spare is waiting on the shelf. The set is $90.79.

Why does a shared network printer argue for the spare cartridge?

The CP1522n serves a workgroup, and on a shared machine nobody feels personally responsible for toner until their own job fails. By the time the complaint surfaces, the empty slot has usually been fading for days. A spare in the cupboard ends the standoff instantly: whoever discovers the problem fixes it, whatever color it turns out to be — check the boxes on arrival to see which color your spare covers.

What yields should the workgroup expect?

The black CE320A is rated at 2,000 pages and each color — CE321A, CE322A, CE323A — at 1,300 pages. Shared printers skew toward text, so blacks often approach their rating while the colors stretch further in calendar time; the spare covers whichever slot breaks the pattern.

How can levels be checked without walking to the machine?

Through the printer's driver status on a connected PC or its built-in web page over the network — both report all four cartridges. A monthly glance by whoever sits nearest is enough to know whether the installed set or the spare will be needed next.

Does this set also fit the workgroup's other 128A machines?

Yes. The four codes in these boxes are the supply list for the entire CP1525 printer series and the CM1415 multifunction family, so a cartridge drawn for the CP1522n today can serve a sibling machine tomorrow if priorities change.

What warranty stands behind the five cartridges?

Each one carries a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns. A defective cartridge — installed first or kept as the spare — goes back within its first year at no cost to the office.

About This 128A Five-Set for the CP1522n

The Color LaserJet CP1522n is a shared-resource printer: several desks, one set of cartridges, and a collective blind spot about supply levels. This five-cartridge set is stocked for that social reality — all four 128A codes (CE320A, CE321A, CE322A, CE323A) plus a spare in one color, for $90.79 — so the machine's next empty slot is a cupboard trip, not a group email.

Stock leaves from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA; the practicalities of delivery and returns are on the shipping & returns page. Support answers Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, and the rest of the platform's supplies sit under the store's HP heading.
