Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in this set?

All four HP 128A cartridges — CE320A black, CE321A cyan, CE322A yellow, CE323A magenta — each boxed separately, $76.20 for the set. It fits the Color LaserJet CP1525 series and the CM1415 multifunction series.

Our invoices and letters carry a color logo that must look identical on every page. How does a matched set help?

Logo color is a blend of the three color cartridges, so it shifts as they age unevenly. Starting all four together keeps the blend stable for the life of the set: the blue on this month's invoice matches the blue on next month's, which is the whole point of printed letterhead.

How long will the set last on mostly-text documents with a small logo?

Light color coverage is gentle on the colors. The black, rated at 2,000 pages, does nearly all the work on text pages, while the colors — 1,300 pages each at standard coverage — sip toner for logos and headers and can outlast several black cartridges in a letter-writing office.

The logo has started looking slightly off, though text is crisp. What does that suggest?

Usually one color is running low or aging ahead of the others, tilting the blend. Print a quality test page and compare the color bands; the weak band identifies the cartridge. Swapping that single color from a fresh set restores the blend without disturbing the healthy cartridges.

How do I keep billing runs from ever pausing for toner?

Treat the low-toner warning as the reorder signal and keep one full set in reserve. Because every cartridge here is boxed separately, the reserve set doubles as its own spares kit — whichever slot runs dry, its replacement is already in the building.

What if a cartridge lets me down mid-run?

The set carries a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns on every cartridge. A failure inside the first year is returned at no cost to you.

About This 128A Set for Letterhead and Invoices

A printer like the Color LaserJet CM1415fnw often spends its life producing the documents a business is judged by — estimates, invoices, letters on headed paper. This set keeps that output consistent: CE320A, CE321A, CE322A and CE323A arriving together for $76.20, each at full rating, so the four colors age as a matched team rather than a patchwork.

Stock is dispatched from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA; shipping and returns specifics are on the shipping & returns page. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, and the wider range for these machines is organized under the store's HP heading.
