Magenta is the color that decides whether reds look brick or bright, and whether skin tones print warm or gray. Our compatible T060320 (label code T0603) carries DURABrite Ultra pigment magenta ink for the nine printers of Epson's 60 platform — Stylus C68, C88 and C88+, plus the CX3800, CX3810, CX4200, CX4800, CX5800F and CX7800 all-in-ones, a fit list taken from Epson America's product information sheet for this cartridge family and Epson's own C88 support FAQ. Because the 60 platform is a four-cartridge design, the magenta is its own replaceable unit: when reds start fading, you change this cartridge and nothing else.

The cartridge carries a new compatible chip for ink-level reporting, as every 60 cartridge must — an unrecognized or chipless cartridge will not print on this generation. This cartridge carries a new compatible chip. If your printer's firmware has been updated, recognition issues can occasionally occur with compatible cartridges of this generation, so install it with the printer on, seat it until it clicks, and contact us under the warranty if a warning ever sticks. As with the rest of the family, no official Epson yield figure for T060320 could be verified from a manufacturer source, and none is printed here.

Complete the shelf with the T060120 black, T060220 cyan and T060420 yellow singles, or step up to the Set of 4 or the Set of 10 when more than one color is low. These cartridges serve only the nine models named on this page — the later 68/69 platform uses different color cartridges entirely, and the two platforms share no printer. Covered by our lifetime warranty, with free returns for the first year.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Why do my reds look dull even though the printer says magenta is fine?

Start with the nozzle check. If the magenta pattern prints completely but colors still look muted, the cartridge is the likely suspect — ink level indicators estimate remaining ink, they don't measure output quality. If the pattern is broken, run a head cleaning first; that's a nozzle issue, not a cartridge issue.

Which printers does the T060320 fit?

    Stylus C68, C88 and C88+, and the all-in-ones CX3800, CX3810, CX4200, CX4800, CX5800F and CX7800 — the nine models on Epson America's fit list for the 60 family.

Is there a page yield for this cartridge?

No figure is published here. Epson's US pages for the 60 family were retired without a yield figure we could verify from a manufacturer source, and we don't substitute reseller numbers for manufacturer ratings — the yield field stays blank on purpose.

Does the magenta cartridge contain a chip?

Yes. This cartridge carries a new compatible chip. If your printer's firmware has been updated, recognition issues can occasionally occur with compatible cartridges of this generation — reseating the cartridge resolves most cases, and if it doesn't, contact us: the cartridge is covered by our lifetime warranty and 1-year free returns. We don't claim guaranteed recognition; we stand behind the cartridge instead.

Pigment or dye — which is it?

Pigment. All four 60 colors are DURABrite Ultra pigment ink, per Epson's manufacturer material for the line. Pigment magenta holds up well on plain paper and resists water once dry.

My printer is a Stylus NX515. Is this my magenta?

No. The NX515 is a 69-platform printer; its magenta is a different cartridge. The 60 family fits only the nine older C and CX models listed on this page.

What is the difference between T0603 and T060320?

Nothing — two forms of one code. T0603 is the short label code used in Epson's support FAQ; T060320 is the full part number in Epson America's product information sheet.

Can I install the magenta on its own, mid-set?

Yes. The four slots are independent. A new magenta works alongside older black, cyan and yellow cartridges without any reset ritual.

Is this a genuine Epson cartridge?

No — it is a Clever Supplies compatible built to the T060320 specification and labeled compatible on the box and this page. Epson did not manufacture it.

What should I avoid touching during installation?

The green chip on the cartridge and the ink outlet. Epson's own manuals for this generation warn against touching the chip; handle the cartridge by its body and remove the protective tape only as directed.

How do I store a spare magenta cartridge?

Sealed, upright, room temperature, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources, until the printer asks for it.

    Warranty and returns?

Lifetime warranty — a cartridge that fails to perform is replaced. Returns are free within the first year.
