This bottle is the entire ink shelf for five printers, and that is its charm. Our compatible T532120-S carries 120 mL of pigment black ink rated up to 6,000 pages per bottle — measured, as Epson measures monochrome, on the ISO/IEC 19752 pattern with Epson's methodology. It feeds the EcoTank ET-M1170, ET-M2170 and ET-M3170 and the WorkForce ST-M1000 and ST-M3000, and nothing else in the catalog needs it, because these machines print black and only black.

If you came to these printers from a laser, the economics are the story: a toner-class page count from a bottle, with pigment ink that keeps documents sharp and water-resistant — no drum, no cartridge, no second consumable. If you came from another EcoTank, the discipline is different: there are no color bottles in the 532 family. Epson does not make a 532 cyan, magenta or yellow; any listing offering one is inventing a product. One tank, one bottle, one reorder.
A refill takes minutes: the keyed EcoFit nozzle seats on the tank, the flow auto-stops at full, and there is no chip for a printer to reject — mono supertanks were built to be boring about ink, and this bottle keeps them that way. Covered by our lifetime warranty, with free returns for the first year.
One volume note, stated plainly: we spec this bottle at Epson's official 120 mL. Some compatible listings advertise 140 mL fills; our published figure follows the official specification.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a color version of this bottle?
No — and there is no genuine one either. The 532 family is a single black bottle; Epson's documentation for all five printers lists Ink Palette: Black and a one-bottle configuration. Anyone selling "532 cyan" is selling a product Epson doesn't make.
What does 6,000 pages mean — which standard?
ISO/IEC 19752, the monochrome test pattern, with Epson's methodology. Note the standard number: the color EcoTank families are rated on 24712; for a mono bottle, 19752 is the correct yardstick and the one Epson cites on every 532 model page.
Which printers does it fit?
Five monochrome models, each verified on Epson's own pages: EcoTank ET-M1170, ET-M2170, ET-M3170 and WorkForce ST-M1000, ST-M3000.
My ST-M3000 box advertised 11,000 pages. Why does this bottle say 6,000?
The 11,000 figure covers the two bottles included in the printer's box, after initial-fill consumption — it's a printer-box number. A single replacement bottle is rated 6,000 pages by Epson, and that's the honest figure for one bottle.
Is the ink pigment or dye?
Pigment. Epson's own rebate documentation names this product the "T532 Pigment Black Ink Bottle." (One retailer summary calls it dye-based; Epson's document says otherwise, and Epson wins.) Pigment is why text stays sharp and resists water and highlighters.
How big is the bottle?
120 mL — Epson's official fill for the T532120-S, and the figure we publish. Some sellers list 140 mL for their compatible versions; our spec follows the official one.
Is there a chip to worry about?
None. The refill is mechanical: keyed nozzle in, auto-stop at full, cap on. No recognition errors exist for bottles.
Can I use this in a color EcoTank, just for the black tank?
No. The 532 bottle is keyed for the mono ET-M/ST-M tanks. Color families (502, 522, 542) use their own black bottles with different keying — and this bottle fits none of them.
How does the cost compare with the toner I used to buy?
A bottle rated at 6,000 pages at bottle pricing works out to a fraction of a typical toner cartridge's cost per page — that math is the entire reason the mono EcoTank line exists. Exact figures depend on your coverage; the rating standard (ISO/IEC 19752) is the same family of measurement toner yields use.
When should I reorder?
The tank window shows the true level. At office volumes, a bottle in reserve is cheap insurance — these printers print nothing at all without black.
Is this a genuine Epson bottle?
No — it is a Clever Supplies compatible bottle built to the T532120-S specification, labeled compatible on the box and this page. Not manufactured by Epson.
Warranty and returns?
Lifetime warranty: if the bottle ever fails to perform, we replace it. Free returns within the first year.
