Frequently Asked Questions

Six cartridges, three colors — how is this 6-pack made up?

Honestly: the listing does not break the box down color by color, so we will not invent a split. What is certain is that the six cartridges cover the three color positions of a Dell Color Laser H625cdw or H825cdw — the cyan 593-BBOX, the magenta 593-BBOY and the yellow 593-BBOZ — and that there is no black cartridge among them. If your stock records need the exact count per color, ask our support team before ordering and we will confirm it rather than guess.

What does each cartridge in this pack actually cost?

The pack is $94.27 for six cartridges, an average of about $15.71 each. Bought as singles, the 593-BBOX, 593-BBOY and 593-BBOZ cost $31.12 apiece, so six singles would run $186.72 — this pack saves $92.45 against that. Even against two of the 3 color sets at $56.37 each ($112.74), the 6-pack comes out $18.47 ahead.

How far does the pack stretch in a working office?

Every cartridge in the box — cyan 593-BBOX, magenta 593-BBOY, yellow 593-BBOZ — is rated at 2,500 pages, so the pack holds two full color rounds for the machine. A small office that prints color a few times a week can go a year or more between orders; a studio pushing out proofs daily will feel the difference in weeks. Either way, the second round waits sealed on the shelf until a slot calls for it.

How should we store the spare round?

Keep the unopened cartridges flat, out of direct sunlight and away from heat vents, and rotate stock so the older box is used first. Toner does not spoil quickly, but a cartridge that sits for a very long time in a hot room is a cartridge we would rather you had bought later — which is the honest limit of any bulk pack.

Is this pack right for every H625cdw or H825cdw owner?

No. If your machine prints color only occasionally, six cartridges is money parked on a shelf, and a single or the 3 color set fits better. This pack earns its price in offices that print color every working day and cannot afford a mid-job stop. And note again: black is not included — the black cartridge for these machines is sold separately.

What cover do the cartridges carry, and where do questions go?

These are compatible cartridges, not Dell originals, and each one is backed by a one-year warranty with one-year free returns — the details live on our shipping & returns page. Parcels leave from our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California warehouse, whichever is nearest. Support answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central, and the rest of the range is on the Dell brand page.

About This H625-H825 6 Color Set

This is the bulk color supply for a Dell Color Laser H625cdw or H825cdw: six compatible cartridges across the cyan 593-BBOX, magenta 593-BBOY and yellow 593-BBOZ positions, each rated at 2,500 pages, for $94.27 — $92.45 less than six singles at $31.12. It is built for offices that print color daily and want the next round already on the shelf. Lighter users are better served by the 3 color set, and everyone should remember the black slot is not covered by this box.
